Campsite Rules
[ Dear Colleagues, taking inspiration is fine, but copying and pasting texts is prohibited by law. ]
This campsite policy is based on many years of experience in everyday camping life and has been written in detail to keep everything transparent. It’s not meant to limit anyone’s freedom, but to help create a pleasant atmosphere and keep things running smoothly for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation !
1 ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE PROCEDURES
1.1 ARRIVAL AND CHECK-IN
The reception is open daily from 10:30 to 12:30 and again from 13:45 to 21:30 .
After arrival, one member of the group must register all guests at reception and present valid identification. The management reserves the right to refuse admission to excess persons (see 2.2). Minors may stay on the campsite only when accompanied by a responsible adult.
Access to the pitches is possible starting at 10:30 a.m.
Please note that no new access or check‑in is possible between 12:30 and 13:45. We recommend planning your arrival accordingly, as parking spaces outside the campsite are very limited.
1.2 PAYMENT
Payment for your stay is due upon arrival and must be completed by the following morning. Please note that ADAC, ACSI, ANWB, or similar membership cards are not accepted. Payments can be made in cash, or by VISA, Mastercard, or Bancomat.
1.3 DEPARTURE (CHECK-OUT)
Check-out is by 10:30. All vehicles and guests must leave the campsite by this time, and re-entry is not allowed. Late departures may incur an additional charge.
Management reserves the right to take action, including asking guests to leave, if behavior violates campsite rules, causes damage, or disturbs the peace of other visitors.
2 GENERAL RULES FOR YOUR STAY
2.1 GATE OPENING HOURS
Gate 1: 07:30 – 21:30
Gate 2: 07:30 – 22:30
Pedestrian Gate: 06:30 – 23:00 (a key can be borrowed upon request)
2 .2 USE OF PITCHES
The maximum number of occupants per pitch is:
6 persons for the AZZURRA / BLU / VERDE categories
4 persons for the VIOLA category
3 persons for the BIANCA category
Only one camping unit is allowed per pitch (one tent, one caravan, or one motorhome).
It is necessary to follow the directions given by our staff when setting up your pitch.
Please keep in mind that the entire pitch area cannot be occupied freely. We kindly ask everyone to help maintain easy access, safety, and a pleasant atmosphere for all guests. Additional small tents are not permitted.
The camping unit and vehicle must be parked within the boundaries of the allocated pitch. It is not allowed, even temporarily, to take up free neighboring pitches.
Normally you may park your car directly next to your tent or caravan. In exceptional cases, staff will advise you on any special parking requirements.
Prohibited Activities:
– Digging channels or holes, driving stakes into the ground
– Open fires (barbecue is allowed)
– Dumping liquids, oils, or fuels onto vegetation or into drainage channels
– Washing vehicles on the site
– Damaging plants or facilities
– Using trees or fences for anchoring, or stretching ropes or clotheslines in a way that creates a hazard or obstruction
– Using hammocks
– Changing your pitch without authorization.
From the 2026 season onwards, covering the grass with waterproof sheets or carpets is prohibited. To prevent damage to the grass, only wide-mesh net carpets that are permeable to air and water are permitted.
2.3 USE OF BEACH
The beach area is available to all guests.
Please do not occupy the beach with unused chairs, loungers, or towels; the management may remove them if they remain unused for an extended period.
It is strictly prohibited to leave boats, inflatable boats, SUPs, or canoes on the beach, even temporarily.
2.4 ELECTRICAL USE AND AIR CONDITIONING
Connection to the electricity supply is permitted only with compliant CEE plugs, cables, and grounding.
Each pitch is equipped with one socket (maximum 6 A) – sufficient for lighting, TV, refrigerator, radio and air conditioning. Charging of bicycle batteries is permitted.
The use of high‑power devices (e.g., hot plates, fan heaters, electric stoves, etc.) is not allowed. In the event of a power outage, please notify the staff immediately.
Charging electric or plug‑in hybrid vehicles from the campsite sockets is prohibited and incurs a €50 fine.
The use of portable air‑conditioners is not permitted, and noisy air-conditioning is likewise forbidden.
Air‑conditioner operation is not allowed during nighttime (23:00 – 07:00).
2.5 NIGHTTIME QUIET
Nighttime quiet hours are from 23:00 to 07:30. During this period there is an absolute ban on driving or maneuvering (cars, motorcycles, motorhomes, or caravans), and tent dismantling is not permitted.
2.6 CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS
Adults are responsible for the behavior of children. Children under six years old must always be accompanied by an adult when using the sanitary facilities and when going to the lake. Any damage caused by minors must be compensated by the accompanying adults.
2.7 VEHICLES
All vehicles may be used for entering and exiting the campsite only during the permitted hours (see 2.1). The speed must not exceed 5 km/h. During the night‑quiet period, driving and maneuvering are prohibited.
Pedestrians always have right‑of‑way over any vehicle. On the campsite, utmost attention and great caution are required.
Vehicles must be parked on their own pitch within its boundaries or in any assigned parking areas. Parking a vehicle outside its own pitch is forbidden. The access roads must remain clear and passable at all times, both day and night.
It is prohibited to use the pitch’s electrical outlet to charge electric or plug‑in hybrid vehicles (a €50 surcharge applies).
2.8 WASTE DISPOSAL
All trash must be placed in the designated containers located outside the campsite. Please separate your waste carefully and use the correctly marked bins, as unsorted waste may not be collected. Bulky items such as broken chairs, umbrellas, or tents are not accepted and must be taken off the premises by guests.
3 REGULATIONS FOR SERVICES
3.1 VISITORS AND GUESTS
There are two categories of visitors: daily visitors and additional giests who stay also overnight.
During the high season:
Day visitors are not allowed. No exceptions.
Additional guests are not allowed unless they were specified at the time of booking. Spontaneous visits are not permitted, so please inform your family and friends in advance. In rare cases, management may grant an exception, subject to a fee of €20 per night per adult or child.
During the mid‑season and low season:
Day visitors: One single visit per stay is allowed (upon presentation of ID and payment of a fee). Visits are permitted between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. Visitors must comply with the campsite rules.
Additional guests who are not listed in the booking confirmation are not allowed. In isolated cases, exceptions may be granted at the discretion of management, subject to a fee of €10 (low season) or €15 (mid‑season) per night per adult/child.
3.2 DOGS
We’re happy to welcome you and your dog at our campsite!
Please note that only one dog per pitch is allowed. To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask all pet owners to follow a few simple rules. Non-compliance may result in early termination of the stay without refund. Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.
Our campsite is just 400 m from the town center, so there are no nearby meadows or forest trails for walking.
Rules for dogs:
– Always keep your dog on a leash (maximum length 1.5 m, as per the ministerial decree of 03.03.2009).
– On the beach only on a short leash, it’s not a dog play area.
– Swimming is allowed as long as consideration is shown to other guests.
– Take your dog outside the campsite for its needs and use dog waste bags to clean up after your pet.
– Make sure your dog does not urinate or mark anywhere on the campsite or the beach.
– Dogs must not be left unattended and excessive barking has to be avoided.
– Setting up dog enclosures or fences is not permitted.
3.3 PRIVATE OUTDOOR PARKING
The parking areas located in Via Roma and Via Martiri della Libertà are unattended. The campsite merely provides the parking space for use.
Management assumes no responsibility for theft or damage to vehicles or items left inside them. Users are personally liable for any damage caused to vehicles, facilities, equipment, staff, or third parties.
Parking fees are listed in the campsite price list.
3.4 BOATS AND BOUYS
Buoys may be used for boats up to 1 ton.
Zone A: Mooring for authorized boats only.
Zone B: Swimming only – no mooring or passage allowed.
Private or improvised buoys are not permitted. Boats without an assigned buoy may anchor only in front of Zones A and B.
Each buoy may hold one boat only; swapping or sharing buoys is prohibited.
Use your own secure mooring lines. The campsite is not responsible for theft or damage.
Near the shore, maintain low speed (forward gear only, max. 100 m from the shore).
Persons under 16 years may not operate motorized boats.
Lake Iseo navigation rules must be observed.
Violations may result in expulsion from the campsite.
4 LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
The management is not liable for losses, thefts, or damages that occur within the campsite.
Only civil liability toward third parties is covered, according to the UNIPOLSAI insurance policy kept at the reception.
The management is not responsible for damages arising from events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, fires, thefts, or other force‑majeure incidents.
Swimming in the lake is at one’s own risk. The management denies all responsibility for any accident, injury, or damage.
