Lunch break notice: arrival and check-in is not possible from 12.30 to 13.45. Please plan your arrival accordingly because there is limited parking outside for large vehicles.
BAR AND MINIMARKET
Inside the bar there is a small shop for groceries and basic necessities. Fresh bread every day. Opening hours (high season): 7.30-12.15, 15.00-19.00, 20.00-22.30.
EQUIPMENT RENTAL
Enjoy the lake with our water sport equipment: two SUP boards (double/single) and three kayaks (two doubles and one single) are available. For your boat you can rent one of our buoys (for boats with a maximum weight of 1 ton). It is also possible to hire a motorboat (up to 41 hp without a boat license) (globalnautic.it) with boarding and disembarking at the campsite.
Bicycles (city / mointain / e-bikes) can be rented via Iseobike.com.
FRESH WATER AND
WATER DISPOSAL
In the avenues, at a maximum distance of 30 m from your pitch, you will find pairs of wells with black plastic lids. Inside are at your disposal a tap for the loading of drinking water and the discharge of gray water. Your rubber hose for loading drinking water must be equipped with a “Gardena” type connection and have a length of 30 m.
A central camper station is available for emptying grey water tanks and filling fresh water.
For cassette toilets (Thetford), a separate disposal station is provided. Please note: fixed toilet tanks cannot be emptied on the campsite.
DOG
Dear dog owners, we are happy to welcome you and your dog to our campsite. Please note that our site is located close to the city center. Dog-friendly walking trails, such as secluded field or forest paths, are therefore not in the immediate vicinity of the campsite.
To ensure that all guests (with or without dogs) can enjoy a harmonious stay, the following rules must be observed. A maximum of one dog per pitch. Dogs must always be kept on a leash. Urinating, marking territory, or defecating on the campground premises, including the beach, is strictly prohibited, so please take your dog off-site in a timely manner. On the beach: keep your dog on a short leash. Out of consideration for other guests, dogs are allowed in the water without a leash, but the beach is not a dog playground. Thank you for your cooperation and consideration !
INTERNET
Internet access is available at all pitches; you will be given passwords for access.
LAUNDRY CARE
Two washing machines and one dryer are available for use at a fee.
SAFETY DURING THE NIGHT
A night watchman makes his rounds at night. To ensure visibility at night, paths and the lake area are illuminated; this lighting cannot be switched off or dimmed.
There is a bell for medical emergencies. The night staff on site speak German and English.
JUMP START
Battery flat ? No problem, we keep a jump start booster for vehicles with engines up to 3000 cc petrol and 2800 cc diesel.
