How is the water quality of the lake ?

The lake water is checked twice a month during the bathing season (May to September), with the health authorities ATS Brescia and ATS Bergamo responsible. There are 45 control points spread over the entire lakeshore, where water samples are taken and analized by certified laboratories. The checkpoint in the immediate vicinity of the campsite is BREDINA. There are four classifications: insufficient, sufficient, good, excellent. So far as in recent years, an excellent water quality has been certified.

The basic equipment also includes: extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, coarse salt, fine salt, pepper, sugar sachets. Washing-up liquid, brush and sponge for dishes and dishwasher tabs. Garbage bags.

Which hygiene protocol is followed ?

- Bed linen and pillow protectors are washed at 60 degrees with washing powder without optical brighteners and with the addition of oxygen-based bleach

- Mattress protectors, like other bed linen, are changed for each new guest and washed at 40 to a maximum of 60 degrees with liquid detergent without optical brighteners and ev. addition of liquid oxygen-based bleach

- Pillows and duvets are washed at regular intervals at a minimum of 60 to a maximum of 90 degrees with liquid detergent without optical brighteners and ev. addition of liquid oxygen-based bleach. The pillows are soft or medium firm and can be easily washed at high temperatures. This is not the case with firm pillows. If you prefer a firm pillow to sleep you should bring your own pillow.
- The colored bed runners are always replaced and washed at a maximum of 40 degrees and treated with a hygiene rinser. 
- Towels are washed at 60 degrees with washing powder without optical brighteners and with the addition of oxygen-based bleach.
- The bath carpets are washed separately with washing powder without optical brighteners and with the addition of chlorine-based bleach.
- Tablecloths and tea towels are washed at 60 degrees. 
- For the Traventin soft stone, a special cleaner is used because acidic detergents damage the stone.
- All ceramic items in the bathroom are cleaned with a bathroom hygiene cleaner and disinfected with oxygen or with an alcohol solution.
- Surfaces in the kitchen are cleaned with a disinfectant cleaner. 
- For the dishwasher we provide tabs that guarantee hygienic cleanliness even in short or low temperature programs.  
- The cleaning of glass surfaces is carried out with an alcohol-containing glass cleaner.
- The carpets are made of hypoallergenic polypropylene, flat woven and without pile to allow easy cleaning by vacuuming.

From 15.30 until 21.30.

Is WIFI free ?

Yes.

Is there a washing machine ?

Not in the apartment, guests can use the washing machines and dryer at the campsite (300 m). The washing machine is free, the dryer is to pay.
When the campsite is closed, laundry can be done in our washing machine, i.e. you give us the laundry and you get it back clean. It can also be dried on request.

Can friends or family members can visit me in the apartment ?

No, visitors are not permitted, neither in the apartment, nor at the campsite.

Are there any additional costs ?

Electricity, water (cold/ warm) , air conditioning or heating, bed linen and final cleaning are included in the price. Only the tourism tax is to be paid extra as usual.

Extra services such as dryer, buoys, rental of SUPS or kayaks, change of bed linen, late check-in are to be paid separately.
