Reservations throughout Europe are based on accommodation contracts that are binding for both parties and are not subject to weather conditions or personal reasons.<\/p>

The reservation fee is 5 EUR per pitch.<\/p>

[ 1 ] Only bookings with written confirmation are valid.<\/h5>

All bookings require written confirmation (via mail or SMS). Any subsequent changes to reservations requested by the guest must also be confirmed by us in writing.<\/p>

[ 2 ] Reservation details are definite<\/h5>

– Bookings are personal and non-transferable<\/strong>.<\/p>

– The maximum number of persons<\/strong>\u00a0per pitch is 6 in the AZZURRA, BLU and VERDE categories, 4 in the VIOLA category and 3 in the BIANCA category.
Only one camping unit is permitted per pitc<\/strong>h (one tent, one caravan or one motorhome); additional tents are not permitted. Pitches will be allocated according to the instructions of the staff.<\/p>

– The information provided at the time of booking<\/strong> (number of people, length of stay, size of motorhome, caravan or tent) is binding<\/strong>. Changes (e.g. fewer people or shorter stay) will not result in a reduction in the final amount due. An earlier arrival does not entitle you to an earlier departure.
If the actual number of persons on arrival is higher than stated, the management reserves the right to cancel the stay without entitlement to a refund.<\/p>

If the actual dimensions of your camping unit<\/strong> exceed the specified dimensions, the booking may be cancelled without refund. The total length must include the drawbar, bike rack and luggage boxes \u2013 everything that takes up space, even when folded, must be included<\/strong>. A tolerance of maximum 10 cm is accepted. Please check the dimensions carefully before making your booking.
At the discretion of the site management, exceeding the specified number of persons or the length of the camping unit may be accepted for an additional charge of 50 to 100 EUR.<\/p>

[ 3 ] Arrival and Departure Times<\/h5>

CHECK-IN: from 10:30 to 12:30<\/strong> and from 13:45 to 21:30<\/strong>.\u2028<\/p><\/div>

Access to the pitches is not permitted between 12:30 and 13:45<\/strong>. Please plan your arrival accordingly, as parking space outside the campsite is very limited.<\/div>
\u00a0<\/div>
CHECK-OUT<\/strong>: from 7:30 to 10:30<\/strong>.\u2028<\/div>

Moving any vehicles<\/strong> (cars, motorcycles, campers, caravans) or dismantling tents before 7:30 is not permitted<\/strong>. Respecting this rule is essential to help maintain a peaceful morning for all guests.<\/p>

[ 4 ] \u00a0Validity of reservations<\/h5>

Pitches are reserved until 16:00 for bookings without a deposit and until 21:00 for bookings with a deposit. After this time, the guest is considered a no-show, and management reserves the right to retain the deposit and assign the pitch to others, unless prior notice has been given by phone in a timely manner (Tel. 0039 030 980084).<\/p>

[ 5 ] \u00a0Assigned pitch number<\/h5>

Please be advised that upon the confirmation of your reservation, Punta D’Oro legally guarantees the availability of a pitch. However, it is essential to note that due to compelling organizational reasons, force majeure, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond management’s control, Punta D’Oro reserves the right to modify the assigned pitch number without incurring any obligation to provide compensation.<\/p>

[ 6 ] Price list and campsite rules<\/h5>

The price list and camping rules are part of the general terms and conditions for reserving pitches. By making a booking, you agree to abide by the camping rules.<\/p>

[ 7 ] Cancellation and deposit for the pitch\u00a0<\/h5>

The deposit is considered a confirmatory deposit under Article 1385 of the Civil Code and generally corresponds to at least 35% of the total stay. For bookings made between 28\/03 and 11\/04\/26, the deposit is equal to 50% of the total amount of the stay. If all booking terms are respected, the deposit will be fully deducted from the final bill.\u2028<\/p>


Cancellations must be communicated in writing.
– For cancellations made up to 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded, minus EUR 30 for administrative fees.\u2028
– For cancellations within 30 days of the start of the stay, the deposit will not be refunded.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances\u2014such as illness, family emergencies, work commitments, or vehicle issues\u2014may make it impossible to start your trip or may require an early departure. However, these personal reasons are beyond our control. Since cancellations are a recurring issue for us, we cannot grant individual exceptions. Deposits will not be refunded or converted into vouchers, and bookings cannot be modified or postponed. For this reason, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance that also covers trip interruption.
Weather alerts do not constitute a valid reason for free cancellation, as they are rarely specific enough. Even in the 2025 season, despite numerous warnings in the media, the weather in our area remained within normal seasonal conditions, without any exceptionally severe events. If you want to play it safe, we recommend taking out rain insurance<\/a>.
.<\/p><\/div>

[ 8 ] Advanced payment for boat and buoy<\/h5>

When booking a buoy, an advance payment of 100% of the cost of the buoy and boat must be made, which is non-refundable even in the event of cancellation within the specified period. A deposit for the pitch is not required.<\/p>

[ 9 ] \u00a0Advance payment\u00a0<\/h5>

Guests must pay the full amount of their stay upon arrival, or by the following morning at the latest. The full payment is due even in cases of late arrival or early departure, whether due to weather, personal reasons, or vehicle issues. The payment concludes the accommodation contract and is not subject to refund.<\/p>

[ 10 ]\u00a0 Visitors and Guests<\/h5>

There are two categories of visitors: day visitors and extra overnight guests.
Maximum occupancy per pitch (including children and visitors\/guests):
BIANCA\/ VIOLA: 3\/4 persons
AZZURRA, BLU, VIOLA: 6 persons\u2028<\/p>

High Season (ALTA1 and ALTA2)<\/strong><\/em>
Day visitors are not allowed<\/strong>. No exceptions.
Extra overnight guests<\/strong> must be included in your booking. Surprise visits are not permitted. Exceptions may be granted by management for EUR 20 per person\/child per night.<\/p>

Low and Mid Season (BASSA and MEDIA)<\/strong><\/em>
Day visitors:<\/strong> only one visit per stay is allowed. Visitors must show ID and pay the fee upon arrival. Entry is allowed from 10:00 to 19:00. Visitors must follow campsite rules.
Extra overnight guests<\/strong>: must be declared at booking. Exceptions may be approved by management for EUR 10 (low season) or EUR 15 (mid season) per person\/child per night.<\/p><\/div>

[ 11 ]\u00a0 Dogs<\/h5>

Only one dog is allowed per pitch.<\/p>

Dogs are welcome. However, we ask all dog owners to follow the rules. In the event of non-compliance, we reserve the right to terminate the stay without refund. The dog owner is responsible for any damage caused by their dog.<\/p>

The following rules apply:<\/p>

\u2013 Dogs must always be kept on a leash (maximum leash length 1.5 m in accordance with the Ministerial Ordinance of 3 March 2009).<\/p>

\u2013 Dogs are only allowed on the beach on a short leash; the beach is not a dog playground.<\/p>

\u2013 Dogs are only allowed in the water without a leash if the owner shows maximum consideration for other guests.<\/p>

\u2013 Dogs must always be taken outside the campsite to do their business, and the use of dog waste bags is mandatory.<\/p>

\u2013 It is expressly prohibited for dogs to urinate, mark their territory, or deposit feces within the campsite or on the beach.<\/p>

\u2013 Dogs must not be left unattended and excessive barking must be avoided.<\/p>

\u2013 The erection of dog fences is not permitted.<\/p>

[ 12 ]\u00a0 Data Protection<\/h5>

Your data will only be used to process your reservation and will be treated confidentially in accordance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016\/679).<\/p>
